I assume UG is interested in the cream cheese type of knife.

Also, note subset:
Knife used to pry apart frozen bagels resulting in a deep wound to the hand - evil
Knife used as an alternative to a Philips head screwdriver - good

Sundae, you can't use a knife as a Philips head. Only as a flat head. You'll burr the head of the screw.
