Paracetamol is Tylenol #3 (that's the kind with Codiene. You need a prescription for it here).
Also, over here "Mau-Mau" is "Bunga-Bunga." Probably creeping PC, as Mau-Mau has a specific, unpleasant meaning. And "Bunga-Bunga" is a lot funnier.
