I get stuff like that all the time. Its amazing to me how badly the language is abused in some of the emails, ads and correspondence I get from them.

The guy's first e-mail was a standard advertising pitch. I'd have just deleted it. His second reply was rude and unprofessional - so what if your response was critical? As a salesman, he should have a thicker skin. Again, just deleting your reply would have been the reasonable thing for him to do.
