That is why I said in that other thread that the homeless should have background checks.

Crazy? Don't have enough information to tell, but from the way it reads it would seem not in the way required to do that kind of a beat-down. Really crazy people don't do that sort of thing as a general rule. But you can bet that his defense attorney will try to play that card.
