As a heads-up, Starz is actually going to be streaming the premiere of Torchwood: Miracle Day on their site starting at 12:01 AM ET/PT this Friday, July 8th - that way, you can catch the premiere even if you've got other plans (or even if you aren't a Starz subscriber yet)!
