The boys and I were watching some old super 8 home movies at Dad's a few weeks ago, and most of it is stuff from when he used to go hunting feral pigs on sheep and wheat stations. Anyway, one of them had a few minutes with an old time stockman cutting the lambs and pulling the testicles out with his teeth, and there's me sitting on the fence rail next to dad who's holding the lamb with his dangly bits presented. I was surprised at how the kids reacted. They're so sheltered these days.

I find it hard to believe that using the teeth for this is so much easier as to make it worth while. Yet, this is how the old timers did it. Guess they must have had a reason. Maybe the taste?

Step 2) Cut sac with scalpel
Step 3) Reach in and rip testicle out with hand.
Repeat step 3
