phlthy - I'd probably just stick to offering references, and downplay the "chick is crazy and video proof thereof" thang (though I'm in the UK and maybe these things seem different in the US?). Those are the sort of things which begin to imply bitterness, and you want to keep away from that, I think. Just play it straight, factual: domestic issue, court, court ruled, consequences, all in the past now. Mwah!
