I think it's apple crumble pie.
I did make a lemon meringue cake once, but it wasn't like that. I just make a cake, split it and filled it with lemon filling then 'iced' it with meringue. I used a blowtorch tool to make the meringue on the outside look how it does on a pie. It was very good.
