I ordered 5 x mas gifts a week and a half ago and wondered why no shipped email etc. Well I called and was told oh yah that will ship on Jan 4th? WTF?

Yah no it won't, cancel that order then the lady tells me to have a nice day, again WTF?

how is that possible now grumble ^&^&^*%$
