Use tweezers, get a good grip as close to the human's skin as possible, pull the sucker off. Brute force, no chemicals.

If this is on a sensitive place, like a scrotum, it is going to sting.

Points one and two were from multiple sources on the anonyweb and have since been confirmed by a doctor.

Point three was based on my own experience.
