How do you do that elevated tm?

Character Map is our friend (the code is ALT-0153. Hold down the ALT key and while doing so type the 0153 on the numeric keypad.)

The trademark sign is one of the few codes I have memorized, or can fumble around to reproduce, and it's all The Cellar's fault, since I had to spell Asshat™ properly ... I also use the occasional M-dash, degree mark, and bold dot.

It's probably just as well you skipped 'roo collection (we call 'em 'roos down under mate). As the second most popular tourism consumable there's thousands of almost identical variants on the market.

They are only widely available in a store near YOU. 'Roos never quite took off in the US as a collectible like a lot of other creatures like Unicorns, Dolphins, and Dragons.
