I really didn't smoke day to day much, but when I got to drinking - look out! I could easily go through a pack easy. Sometimes it wasn't so much. When I wasn't drinking, I could have 1 or 2 a week - if that.
Sweating is always good  I don't know which of the changes was the biggest impact, all I know is I can't wait to see my doctor now. She's gonna be so excited :P Thanks, Lola. I hope it sticks this time!! |
