Lovely and crispy they were, too
 !Yesterday's consumption was rounded off with half a bottle of red wine and 90g of Cherry bio-yoghurt* (not concurrently). This morning ... 45g of muesli + handful of raisins with semi-skimmed milk and a pint of filter coffee with s-s milk. * The only other food item I actually measure.
