They've had a shitload of recalls, this one on fuses, after General Motors notified their dealer network not to buy from HF because the fuse failures were causing electronic failures and fires.
They have some great deals on cheap crap, if you need cheap crap for something. We all do at times, something for a one shot deal or temporary use, but I wouldn't buy anything that put life, limb, or property at risk.
