I swore I was gonna wait until morning and failed miserably.
So, Obama has all the electoral votes he needs +14. Romney has 200 and I don't think the remaining states to be counted will vault him to 270+ if he wins them all. Has Romney conceded yet? I haven't seen news that he has. Or will the Right drag him out and tar and feather him if he concedes before the lawyers have a go regarding the popular vote?
