You know what's funny about the "post whore" thread? Because it has no discernable subject, I don't know why I should open it, and I never do. It is literally a black hole that y'all's posts disappear down.
(Because it's all about me, right?) I would rather see a thread with a real subject, and 3-4 posts, than a formless blob of random schizophrenic jabber.

I agree, if a thread only gets a couple responses doesn't mean it's not worth reading. There's a lot of threads that get read by many but not many responses. Just because a thread didn't start a debate doesn't mean it didn't inform. When it stops being read, it'll disappear pretty quickly.
I've stuck things in Nothingland because I didn't want to mask a good discussion in home base.
