Back pain is so hard to cope with. It just clouds everything else. Do you see a chiro at all? I know a good one if you can get to Oz.
 Take time off work! Let those bitches sort out their shit and while they're at it, you start looking around for something else. You never know what might come up if you start searching. I hope you're feeling better about everything soon.
