I can relate to the one-dish pan-a-vore diet, it's a staple.

What's your ethnic slant? I used to live with grad students who turned everything into curry; years of Ukrainian and Mediterranean food have slanted my cooking in those directions. Although lately I've been enjoying Thai as well.
