We used to eat heart.
I don't remember particularly disliking it, but I remember feeling uneasy that it was held together with string. I've seen Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall do some nice offal dishes. He didn't use any string. I seem to remember him cooking heart and tongue for a Valentines Day special menu one year. Which really made me laugh.
