Results are in (ish) I was 100th overall (not sure out of how many -approx 150 ...there were 7 in my age/gender group and i was 6th but I was 1st in th transition from bike to run. I so rock. (secret is in putting bike down and start running
 )

why thank you. Up at 5 this morning for morning practice taxi. I'm knackered. i can still move but it feels like it might not be the case later on.....
 It was a sprint/mini tri, by the way -400y pool swim, 12.4 miles (20K) bike and 3.1 miles (5K) run. My first, and probably my last. Now, shall I go to the gym today? Or back to bed
