The spherical cakes are WAY too advanced for me ...
As for the 'gentlemanly way' to eat a cupcake, I say ... NO!!! How bizarre. Either get the frosting on your lip and nose (best option), or use a fork. No making it into a pseudo-Oreo. That just ruins the whole thing.

it took about three hours to decorate. went to the market this morning and sold out! i was very pleased. made some good contacts also, so very happy with the day.
