Slide/negative scanner adapter

I seem to remember somebody asking about scanning slides or negatives.

I was clearing out a cupboard and found a HP scanjet slide scanning adapter, the triangular thing on this page,

If anybody still needs it let me know.

It might have been me. a) I am in the wrong country, and b) I bought one. Four years ago. And haven't used it yet!

It was me, thanks, I bought a slide scanner off eBay.

I wonder if you laid the slide on your cell phone with a blank (white) screen up, if that would light the slide enough to photograph with a camera?

I'd try it, but, I got no slides. And a small phone screen.
