Minerally white wines (a.k.a. flints) like those from Sancerre are wonderful cool out of a stainless steel canteen cup.

I dislike drinking from any kind of metal vessel. It's like cilantro. All metallic... Makes me wanna sneeze. I won't drink water out of a coffee mug either, because that's fucked up.
