 And presented here in a tasteful musical theme  I would say, not too mild, but not too sharp; nicely complex with both a bit of sweetness and a bit of nuttiness. Would go well with any accompaniment, but has plenty of fortitude to stand alone. But enough about Limey.  "Extra Mature" I don't know about all that
