Yeah, its not easy, but I really dislike the disappoint I feel when its a telemarketing call or whatnot.

Oh, see, half the time I very much enjoy telemarketer calls, because I give the phone to my kids. "Honey, I need you to explain your school's tornado drill procedure to this guy. He's really interested!" They get that it's a joke, and they love torturing them. Our goal is to get them to hang up first, because they're really not supposed to. You'd actually be surprised how many are super sweet and have real, extended conversations with them. It's a shitty job, and they're grateful for the break.
