Prison guards forbidden to wear protective gear
What idiot thought that one up? So what signals are you sending without using the correct wear. It's a Max security prison most of the prisoners are dangerous persons,or do the prisons in Canada only hold reasonable convicts who would'nt hurt a fly. |
