A "war on drugs" is directed at people. No one is trying to put a joint in the joint. Even a child can figure out that whether a war is well prosecuted; or, poorly prosecuted, is not the rationale for it. It's sad enough that you've been developmentally impaired all your life; but, now you've gotten senile on top of it. Keep up the fine comedic entertainment you contrarian you.
