What they all said. That's what got my dad, but he was not on board; a long story but the upshot is let the experts do their work.
Good news is that this is manageable. I've got salt sensitive hypertension and once you get the hang of limiting salt, a lot of health shit will fall in line as your BP normalizes. Great writing, by the way!
