The water is coming straight out of the aquifer.

The temperature of the water from the hose is about 65°F.

We have filled the pool on the day of forks and it didn't get warm enough to use. We used it anyway. It was fucking freezing. It is actually necessary to set up and fill the pool the day prior to forks and let solar radiation work it's magic on the water temperature.

Life was much better before Bob's brother-in-law (who has an inground pool a bit further down the driveway from the Forks House) retired and realized that his golden parachute made it possible for him to actually have something to lose if he were sued by a naked drunk who got injured in his pool. That's why we got the wading pool in the first place.
