That happened on one of my flights. Stopped after a minute. Was in a humid southern city while pushing away from the gate.

Aircraft, unlike cars, usually don't have flight plans changed by traffic jams. They are however at the mercy of weather and airport "events". I'd feel much better with a fossil fuel generator on board.
