Jeb...there's actually a thread in the relationships forum titled, "Is Lumberjim a Bully". You might like to have a look at that one. There's posts in there that answer pretty much all your questions about him and his 'intimates'.

It's always hard getting your head in the door at an established forum with long standing members.

The only thing I can suggest to you is to stand up for your convictions and say your piece. That's what I did and some members don't like me for it for whatever reason. Others seem to appreciate it. I doubt you'd ever be liked by everyone on any forum, and unless you believe in love at first sight, online, in cyberspace, it'll take time for you to establish yourself.

You're doing ok though. Just keep posting and let us all get to know you better.

If you go bradgeing into the corner bar and start acting like an asshat SOME body will call you on it , or kick you ass , or both .

well, I personally haven't found it to be too true.

The people here seem to like you better here if you ARE an asshat. Unfortunately asshat isn't my normal mode. There are other uncomplimentary phrases to describe me, but that isn't one of them.

Cloud, you've referred several times now to not feeling welcome or not feeling like you belong. I honestly don't know where this comes from, I think you're well-liked and appreciated around here. Shawnee123 did the same thing for a long time after she joined too, feeling like she was ignored when she really wasn't. It's possible you don't get along with a few members, but that's to be expected--if everything were sunshine and skittles all the time, it really would be a homogenous clique.
