HAHAHAHA, WOW, even I didn't notice my own invisible handwriting on that one... must have been subconscious....

I actually thought this was pretty funny until my husband (who is disturbingly obsessed with the Apocalypse) told me that Obama actually exhibits one of the "signs" of being the Antichrist.... apparently lots of people faint in his presence.

I pointed out that the Beatles and Justin Timberlake and the like must be equally likely candidates...

Equally likely as candidates to be the President or to be the Antichrist?

He should definitely check out this book. Among other things, it goes into great detail about every major public figure who has had any significant 'they're the Antichrist' following. A really fascinating book.

The Pope is the antichrist....or so I am reliably informed by my Baptist friend.

BigV, I was thinking Antichrist on that one. Somehow "JUSTIN FOR PRESIDENT" lacks something... although...

Clodfobble, I got him "How To Recognize the Antichrist" for Christmas because he saw it on the History Channel, but reading the review, I think yours looks like a better read.

Sounds interesting. I have Biblical prophecy crazies in my family; a few generations back one of them thought he had figured out when the world was going to end, and had the whole family living, literally, as if there was no tommorrow. That's gotta fuck you up, when it doesn't happen. I think the shockwaves from that episode are still being felt. I hope it isn't genetic. . . . So there's more than you ever wanted to know about me.

.

We finally got rid of "MITT FOR PRESIDENT." I predicted Buffy or Biff wouldn't be far behind. Justin might be the next logical step.

That would explain a lot.

In my dream I am attending a professional conference of some kind. A twist is that my family appears to have come along for the ride. We are at the next to last day, and we have return plane tickets for the following morning. It occurs to me that we'd be better off waiting for a late afternoon flight, which will allow me to do some stuff I need to do. All I have to do is go to the airline's web site and change our tickets.

Of course, it turns out that I'm unable to reach their web site. I'm not sure why, but after it happens, it seems to make sense. It's very clear that I have get access to a computer that can get to the appropriate internet site. There are none at the hotel/conference center, but that's OK. I am able to load remote control software on my computer.

I am presented with a Google Maps-style interface and I proceed to click around various places. I end up with an overhead view of a school I once went to. Except it's not a photo, it's a live video feed. I home in on a particular building (again, live video) and click onto a window. I zoom into to the inside of a teacher's office (the teacher is there grading some papers). I then continue down the hall via this interface and go to a computer lab. I somehow know that these computers will allow me to get to the airline's site. Unfortunately, they're all in use. So I still don't have my plane tickets fixed.

I could hang out and wait, but I don't have time because I have to get to class. The class I can't find or haven't attended is a regular trope in my dreams, but this doesn't appear to be a problem at the moment. However, this is the first time the class has ever been taught by my supervisor. I appear to be prepared for class and know where it is, so I'm not sure what's getting ready to happen. I wake up just as my poss/professor announces what we're going to be doing that day.

This is the second time I've read about one of your elaborate "work" dreams.

Don't worry, I'm sure there's more where that came from.
