I'm with you, we love blue! I have round diamonds and baguette sapphires in my wedding ring. My wife has a matching ring for her right hand, but her wedding ring has only diamonds.
We just picked out a nice ring for our daughter to celebrate her graduating high school. It's white gold with round diamonds in channels on either side of the setting where we will mount a blue topaz I purchased down in Brazil. Both of our birthdays (daughter and I) are in December...a blue stone month! I also bought aquamarine earrings for my wife while down in Brazil...they are beautiful! Jinx would probably like them. I gotta check me out some of that Larimar...thanks! Volcanic blue sounds right up our alley!

I only wear silver or white gold. I hate yellow gold. I do like copper though...

I was going to ask if it was an agate, V, but your link explains that's exactly what it is. Beads in the stuff would have a certain cachet of rarity.
Sugarpop, the wife's done a fairish bit of beading. About the most stunning piece she ever did was a garnet and silver rosary, which she sold for a very reasonable thirty-five dollars.

I love garnets. It's my birthstone. I have a few pieces that I made with garnets. I'll try to put some pictures up later on the image board.

You want garnets? start your own thread! *this is a joke for all you stupid fukkers out there who don't get jokes and then feel the need to come bashing in and get all huffy about this and that and bore everyone to death.
