Bri, I wanna see your new haar!

(I'm talkin' lahk this 'cause my caps broke again and I am toothless and just want to fit the part...dentist at 11:30.)

I always liked shags, I had variations thereof for years, until this recent growing out phase. I remember your hair as being shiny and bouncy, so I bet it's really cute.

You're just not used to it. It always takes me a few days to find a way to style it (I can't do what they do with brushes and crap) that works. For instance, if I curl all the layers under with a large curling iron, the ends then neatly flip out just a bit and the layers lay really nicely.

This has been Here's To Hair, starring Shaw Nee Nee

*wish we had a gap-toothed smilie*

yeah.

My mom said, "Well, I like the color..." - kiss of death to someone with new 'do. I wish I had the balls that SG has - she's so fearless!!

I no longer have my biscuit hair either!
Given Shawnee & Cic's recommendation of Feria I went and got a redder shade for my barnet.

It's not precisely the colour on the box - a lovely dark glossy red. But it's not like I'm totally against bright orange hair after all. Netherlands to win the World Cup, yay!

Will post in Cherry's New Hair Colour Thread (aka RFN thread) in a bit.

Sorry you're not completely happy with your Bri. But the good thing about hair is that it is a renewable resource. Even if you still don't like it once you're used to it, in a couple of weeks it will look completely different.

Sez me, who whined like a bitch for three weeks after getting a horrible buzzcut from my Mum's hairdresser last year...

thanks, sundae. I'm feeling a bit better about it already. I'm such a whiner.

Just needs a few weeks - is a good cut, just a BIT short.

can't wait to see your new shade!

Hi Bri--I see you already got your hair cut, but I wanted to offer my input (keeping in mind which team I bat for). Even if you're not completely satisfied with your current cut, it's not to late to pretty much guarantee the perfect coiffure with this.

Thank you. I get bored with my hair, so I change the style every couple of years or so. I usually prefer short hair so at the end of this year, I'm cutting my hair up again.
