Thanks everyone but not Brianna. I'm not in love with you anymore after your hood ornament comment. Je suis is très désolé to have to tell you that.

My mentor who is 72 (and tells me at least three times a day) and has been hunting for longer than I've been alive said: Well, you can't hit anything you didn't intend to if you don't pull the trigger.
He also said I'll get a deer if I keep at it in that stand. I will be able to get out again next week.
He told me I need a t shirt that says "This marriage temporarily suspended until after hunting season."

I am happy about finding a new place for spring turkey hunting.
I'll have to give up my plans for a bear this year...

Maybe it's for the best, Footfootfoot.

We probably would've just ripped each others hearts out over the issue and then where would we be? I'd be featured in an episode of either SNAPPED or WOMEN WHO KILL and nobody wants that.
