Everything bagle, toasted, with cream cheese, cucumber, red onion, and red pepper. We're out of hot salsa

My neighbor brought over some stuffed and grilled jalapenos he made. He stuffed them with cream cheese, wrapped them in bacon then grilled them. They were so good!

I had eggs benedict for brunch today. It was very yummy.

The bbq'd mackerel we had for dinner last night was better though.

Lunch on the hoof up the Pier today was bag of chips (fries) and pasty, of the Cornish variety. Assorted nieces & nephews sugared out on candy floss & doughnuts & Slush. (An Icee I think)

um.. I sorta failed.... but I did work off more calories than I consumed.....

I had sorta decided to run by a ff burger joint on the way to a 90 minute workout/swim... but I ended up scarfing two packets of crisps/chips that happened to be in the car then doing the eliptial for 30 minutes (huge resistance, first half backwards)

The chips were yummy, though ...although soylent green would probably have been yummy at that point in my day....
