Not necessarily. I mean, with all the government's done in the ways of cover-ups and junk like that, if I was a full-fledge believer in the moon landing hoax, it would take more than a single document, a government-issued document to make me change my mind.

And now back to the wonderous world of Self-taught Visual Basic. <sigh>
