NCAA 07 March Madness!
Go Illinois #12!
But we'll probably lose in the first round. ![]() http://images.sportsline.com/images/...n_ncaa.gif?330

I love sports but I don't really follow basketball. All I know is Wisconsin is #3 and I will be happy if they lose. I would cheer for Minnesota but they aren't in.

My team (Georgia Tech) barely made it in and I don't think they are going to last very long - maybe not even past the first round.
We got a pretty tough draw in UNLV who some thought should have been a four seed. We did beat North Carolina about ten days ago - beat 'em good, too - lead by as many as 15 and never trailed in the game so you never know but our two best players including our point guard are freshman so we may have to wait a year or two before we make any noise in the Dance. Its been hard to keep up this year so I don't know what to expect but will hope for the same things I always hope for during the tournament: Georgia Tech to keep winning. George Mason to keep winning. Duke to keep losing. Princeton to win a first round game. And little guys taking out big guys.

D-U-I! Illinois is going out right away. I have North Carolina taking it all. Greg Oden is not 18 - he has to be like 50 because he makes me look 18!

Nope - not an Illini - just someone who happens to live in Champaign. I'm a Tar Heel Bred so to speak.

Here in the Heartland, we're just hoping that KU doesn't get whupped by a Catholic girl's school in the first round...

Ok, well my final four consists of Oregon in the midwest, UCLA in the west, Texas in the east and OSU in the south. Nat'l title game UCLA vs. OSU with UCLA winning it all.
Yup.

I just want to see KU and NC end up in the top two.. just to see roy williams get pummeled by the jayhawks.... sad thing is that this is really the only sport I watch, having grown up in lawrence it's almost impossible not to watch/pay attention to basketball.

Now that SIU is out, I'm pulling for Oregon. And I hope that Kansas is mauled like a pit bull mauls a small child. God, they suck.
(Yeah...I'm aiming that right at Ep and Cowhead...suckers. )

like I said... I grew up there... no choice in the matter.. but! where would your precious basketball team(s) be if James Naismith had never come to Kansas almost a 100 years ago! and made basketball into a sport! HMMM!!???!!?? nowhere! (but damn! poor little bastards just couldn't hold their own against cursed and thrice damned UCLA! THUNDAR! take your damn Moc back!!!)
and as long as that rat-bastard roy williams and his new ratbastard team doesn't win I'll be okay.... other than that, I'm afraid it'll just be a bad case of the waittilnextyears for me. (chronic condition in kansas I'm afraid... for all the sporting teams) and! speaking of missouri boobs! takes one to know one )
