Anyone been to the Lagoon Restaurant in Philly?

I just bought a $25 gift certificate for the Lagoon at Restaurant.com.

The menu looked good and the river location promises a good view. I've driven by it before and noticed it's attached to a marina on the river.

Is the food any good? Are the restaurant and nightclub separated so that I don't have to listen to club music while I eat?

If I remember correctly the property has had turnovers and renovations over the years. It's something I want to try mostly for the view and also because I could get a $25 gift certificate for $5. Still, I don't want to drag the family to someplace that's really disappointing.
