You must be psychic

Here's your chance to demonstrate your psychic abilities. I'm at a little bit of a disadvantage because I'm new here, but I'll start:

Shawnee, I see a magazine. The cover is very dark, but with a picture of a yellow fish. The lettering at the top is white, but I can't quite read it. The magazine looks like it is under a piece of plastic.

ASH something.

Is there such a magazine near you? The date is June, but I can't tell what year. You are walking in an office. It's not a doctor's office. There's the sound of air or wind. There are a lot of people, but they don't seem to be doing anything.

There's a printer, and it's dirty. A phone just rang, or maybe a fax machine.

It feels like this image is several days old. It's fading, fading. I lost it.

That must be my copy of Yellow Fish Under Plastic Times. It's a trade magazine.

Hmmm. The cigarette I smoked on the way in to work?

That's just a normal day at my job. Lotsa people, no one doing anything.

There is an old, slow, crappy printer in my office that I use for verfications. The phone constantly rings.

You've peered into my very soul.

Shawnee,
I received the June issue of ASHRAE Journal and the lead story is "The Age of Aquariums." I was trying to think of a clever way to find out if that's where you got the inspiration for your new title.

I guess it didn't go over.

Nah, I'm just dense sometimes. I've never heard of the ASHRAE journal. It would have been funny if that had been the inspiration and I would have read your post and thought "WTF?"

Actually, I heard Age of Aquarius on the radio, first time in years, and I thought about turning that into a user title in some way. (This could go under "You know you've been a dwellar for too long when..." thread.)

I liked the effort! It was definitely worth a shot.

After I posted that last night, I was concerned that you would think, "Oh no, another stalker!"

Who has time to stalk anymore? That's a huge commitment of time and energy. The government needs to develop tools and techniques to simplify the whole stalking process. I never thought I'd say it, but the noble and honorable stalking tradition cannot survive without government support, including subsidies and policies to encourage young people to learn the stalking methods of our forefathers.

We need tough legislation. I'm going to write to my Congressman, right now. Perhaps a nationwide database would help. We need time to stop and smell the stalkers.

Being stalked is a right born into us by the power of the Constitution.

Everybody complains about stalking, but nobody is doing anything about it.

Get out there and stalk!

Say, if you really mean that, I'll be your stalker! Well, not exactly a true nuts type of stalker -- really more like a fan than a stalker, I suppose. Hell, that pic in the "What do you look like RFN!??" thread is just dynamite-cute!
