Stubborn People Suck

Is there a personality disorder for extremely stubborn people who might never realize that they are wrong? I hate it when I have to give up my argument because they are too much of a blockhead to budge and even see someone else's view. I think it should be diagnosed.

why bother....they're 10% of the population. a known element. there is a segment of 10% that is completely suggestible on the other end of the spectrum that balances them out...

concentrate on the other 80%. they make all the difference.

I agree with lj on this one. Don't waste your time on people who refuse to listen. Worry about the ones who do.

You fail to consider that your position on your argument could be wrong, therefore you may just be a part of the 10% that fails to bend to reason.

Knew it was coming. But I do know when I'm wrong once I realize it, I am not overly stubborn. And that's not just me being stubborn and saying I'm not.

arguments never convince anyone of anything. Give up trying, you're only causing yourself grief.

I know I'm wrong once I realize it, too. So is it still being stubborn if you don't realize that you're wrong, or are you stubborn if you fail to realize that you're wrong if you really don't think you're wrong, or does not realizing mean that you're not wrong or is being wrong the absence of realization...etc and so on?
