.....who could possibly have predicted this might go wrong?

In a central Indian state, a new scheme has been launched whereby anyone (yes anyone) can text the licence number of any vehicle to the state Transport Dept. and they will text back the driver's details...yaheh the adress and telephone number too....

I think that you should be able to dial the license plate in an in-car comm system so that you can bitch someone out if you want.....I dont need their name or address for that.
