Bad Parenting

I know a firefighter who was personally involved in rescuing ducks from a city drain very much like that.
They were waiting in the station when the call came over the P.A., something like:

Ptchchchckkk Unit Four-Two, Rescue Truck, attend rescue on Main street near Cross street, family of ducklings fallen down a drain QUACK QUACK QUACK! ptchchchkkk

It ended happily. After the firefighters stopped laughing.

I used to work at Denny's. Late-nite.... as a waiter. One slow night, one of the dishwashers (who will remain nameless) told me a story. She was probably 45, but looked 60....

her brother(lets call him matt) had married this red headed woman, and fathered a pair of kids upon her.....he had a drinking problem, and she was a big whore. She used to hang out the upstairs window and flash her ample titties to passersby.....

my coworker told me that on multiple occasions, she would get matt piss drunk, and then one of her various boyfriends would arrive at the door. she would tell matt to watch the babies while she went upstairs with the visitor. it came to a head at some point, and she badgered him into going out to the store for some diapers or something, and then called the cops and told them he was driving drunk......he must have had priors out the ass, cuz he went to jail for it..... he divorced her from prison.

THAT's bad parenting.....and bad wife...ing, too.

but ....it's kind of hot for some reason, at the same time.

I've seen this picture before. And the place where I saw it had a healthy debate about the legitimacy of the image. Some pointed to the ducklings all having the same feather pattern in the second picture but not the first as proof that it was shopped.

Oh it's totally false. But still funny as fuck and too close to home

(I'm not sure the last image isn't also pre-crossing but flipped. Or -given the way it's cropped- the rest of the babies could still be standing on the other side, waiting to cross.)
