How much gasoline do you use?
How much gasoline (or diesel fuel) do you use during a typical week? Is a large percentage of your income spent on commuting?
I would estimate that I drive about 250 miles per week (and use about 4 gallons of gas), my wife drives about 180 miles (and uses about 7 gallons), for a total of (less than) 11 gallons of gas per week. If gas is $4/gallon, we're spending less than $44 per week on gas. We spend more than that on alcohol. |
