Suburban PA

Glyn Bottomley of Thales AFV Systems Ltd., sits in the passenger seat
of a GMC Suburban behind the controls for the .50-Caliber M2 machine gun
mounted to the vehicle built at the Ibis Tek Shop in Butler, Pa., Friday, Aug. 2, 2002.
The gun can be aimed and fired using the computer controls and the view shown on the screen.

OK, this image hits all the Cellar hot buttons:

Technology overkill

and I think the guy with the facial hair had a couple of Subs for lunch!

Yeah, this thing has been making the rounds of the gun lists. It's not for sale in the US, of course.

" The company's client list is confidential. Buckner will say only that about a dozen of his vehicles are being used in four Middle Eastern countries. The Royal Guard of Saudi Arabia possesses three."
