Ah, well most of the stuff that they call technology is indistinguishable from magic. Personally, I think technology peaked when they invented the steam engine and everything has been a return to magic. Besides, when the person using the 'technology' starts saying 'oh Lhord, please don't let it crash now!'.....I know an invocation when I hear it.
