Remote power-cycling

Does anybody know of an inexpensive device which can be used to call in via telephone (with or without a modem, either is OK) and power cycle whatever's plugged into the device? (For those not in the IT racket, errr, profession, "power cycle" means to turn off and turn back on. But "power cycle" sounds more geekly and hard to do.) I have seen several so far, but they all have lots of bells and whistles (such as network ports, SNMP monitoring, etc.) that I don't really care about. Any suggestions?

Not that I want to give these guys the business but you could check out the X10 website to see what they have.
