Outlook address book disappeared

too tired to google solutions. I use Outlook to manage my .msn email account. All my contacts suddenly vanished. Any quick fix? Is this a known thing ? TIA

if you are using windows 7 then go to C:\Users\user\AppData\Local\Microsoft

and find the outlook folder, click properties, then look for the tab that says previous versions, a number of restore points for that folder will appear, choose one closest to the date when the shit last worked.
