Mayde Creek High School

Should we ask April's school, Mayde Creek High School (in Houston, Texas), to add the Cellar to their filter list?

Clearly many people have an opinion about this. How about a concencus one way or another?

I live about 10 miles from that school. My boss' husband is a teacher in that district (Katy ISD), maybe even at that campus. I will mention the possibility of a filter to him if there is a consensus that I should.

This is an affluent area, surely there is a computer at home or a friend's house. Maybe she just has good parents that monitor her online activities. If that is so, bravo for them!

Juju, perhaps you should have made this a poll.

I say let 'em know.

I thought about that. But then april would just vote "no" like 15-20 times with all her different accounts. :)

I'm gonna throw out a curve ( largely because i'm high and my mind tends to wander)

Here's a theory:

Well, first the pieces of the puzzle:

"April" uses several log in's

The posts ?only? occur during school hours (someone check that)

The teacher has apparently done nothing about this

April has caused quite a stir.

Ok,

maybe this is an experiment. message board psychology lesson to razoreye's class

he's in on it at the top level. he's learning how to guide and control conversations for HIS forum ( which he plugged in his post, btw) in THIS forum. HE is april, r2d2, ditto, cuddles/et-frigging-cetera! We're all a bunch of freakin gineau pigs! Head for the Hills!!

*runs screaming from the room*
