Ha! No no, those foggy clouds aren't indicative of cold, they're HUMIDITY. Lots and lots and lots of humidity. That time of the morning, if this picture was taken in the last few days... I'd say it's about 85 degrees (F) in that shot.
You know how people sometimes say, "But it's a DRY heat," as if to say the heat's not so bad? THIS is the place they're comparing it to. |

no doubt! you can walk outside in the morning when it's 85 degrees and it feels like 100! it's pretty bad when the air's so thick you have trouble breathing when you first go outside.
